Sketchnotes From Swipe Conference 2012

Yep, it’s conference season in Australia.

After getting back from UX Australia in Brisbane a week ago, I was off again last week—this time to Sydney for Swipe Conference 2012, which covers iOS and Mac design and development. It was a fantastic couple of days, and I got to mix with some of the brightest and most successful appreneurs and designers in the mobile space.

The conference goodie bag came with a Copic grey marker, which was perfect for adding some shading to the sketches. I’m pretty happy with how they turned out!

There were some fantastic presentations, and I was pleased to see a healthy amount of attention paid to design and user experience; I’ll elaborate on some of them in a later post. In the meantime, I hope you like these sketches!

Fantastic sketch notes – really captures the ideas of each of those talks. Particularly like the Flipboard one “this is the hackiest hack known to man”…
