The UX Mastery Community just got better!

Summary:

It’s true! While it goes without saying that it’s the people that make a community great, having a robust platform that offers a delightful experience plays a big part.

We didn’t have that – but now we most certainly do!

It’s true! While it goes without saying that it’s the people that make a community great, having a robust platform that offers a delightful experience plays a big part.

We didn’t have that – but now we most certainly do!

Last Friday, armed with Slack for communication and a couple of glasses of wine for fortitude, Luke and I held our breaths and migrated our community forums from vBulletin to Discourse. It wasn’t the first time that I’ve undertaken such a project, but it was certainly the easiest and most stress free, thanks to Luke’s careful planning and execution.

If you haven’t seen the results, what are you waiting for?! Introducing the shiny new UX Mastery Community Forums.

The UX Mastery forums on Discourse
Our slick new community on Discourse.

If you’re not already a member, now is a great time to join. Come and bounce around ideas with your peers, chat with vendors and UXperts, support each other through work and study challenges, and have a good laugh. Best of all, it won’t cost you a cent. Free advice is pretty rare these days!

If you want a great place to get started, check out our latest community project and celebrate Global Accessibility Awareness Day with us by taking part in the GAAD Accessibility Review Project.

See you round the forums!
