Faye Miller

Faye Miller is a lecturer and researcher in information science at the University of Canberra, studying how people interact with and experience many different forms of information and knowledge in physical and digital spaces.

The goal of her research is to use a range of qualitative approaches such as ethnography, grounded theory, filmmaking and conversation analysis to gain a better understanding and increased empathy for various human experiences associated with interacting with information for positive growth and development.
