When it comes to creating Voice UI there’s a lot of conversation around voices, but very little around personality. How trustworthy should that personality be? Where should there be a natural boundary? As designers of this future, we need to bridge the gap between people talking about Artificial Intelligence as a tool with its potential for evil in our world.
