Today saw us breaking new ground here at UX Mastery, with the launch of our new Ask the UXperts series. For those of you that have no idea what I’m talking about (and you’d be forgiven for falling into that category), it was a group chat with one expert, for one hour—all your questions answered. Here’s a transcript of the session.

Formerly a developer in the corporate world, our Community Manager Hawk (who is actually a Kiwi and is only called Sarah by her mother) said goodbye to the code and succumbed to the lure of social media. Community Manager for the SitePoint network for several years, Hawk is now Head of Community at FeverBee, and spends her off-the-internet time with her 7 year old twins or in the gym.
